HOW DO I TOP UP MY BALANCE?
Tap “Isi Saldo” on the home screen. Choose a payment method: bank transfer, e-wallet (OVO, GoPay, DANA), or retail partners like Alfamart and Indomaret. Enter the amount and follow the on-screen instructions.
Transfers usually clear within minutes. If it takes longer, check your bank or e-wallet receipt and contact DUATOTO support with the transaction ID.
HOW DO I CLAIM A WIN?
Wins under Rp 2.5 million are credited automatically to your DUATOTO balance within 30 minutes of the draw. For wins above Rp 2.5 million, log in and tap “Penarikan” to request a payout. Select your bank or e-wallet, enter the amount, and submit.
